Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
- Primary care experience desirable.
- PCPEP qualification desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Willing to work remote/home when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources for long-term condition management.
- Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols and operating instructions.
- Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or ICB level.
- Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services and build relationships with practices and NHS organisations.
