Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking pharmacists to join our team in the UK. You will apply clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.

You will aid practices with clinical tools, identify opportunities for clinical reviews, and ensure adherence to our protocols and systems. Career progression is highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• Enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and assist in developing lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
