Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is recruiting clinical pharmacists to support primary care with management of long-term conditions and clinical reviews in a hybrid UK setting.

You will work to utilise clinical expertise and commercial acumen, aid practices with clinical tools, and help expand Interface Clinical Services’ presence within NHS organisations. Career progression opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
• Passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long‑term health.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols, operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB levels where there is clinical need.
• Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and assist in developing long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
