Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support primary care teams with clinical tools and reviews for patients with chronic conditions. The role combines clinical duties with commercial acumen, offering career progression and flexible working including remote options.

You will work to deliver services within established protocols and develop relationships with NHS organisations, with travel as required and a strong patient impact focus.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
• A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resource to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• To ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• To identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• To enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and to assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
