Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a clinically focused pharmacist to support primary care practices in managing patients with long-term conditions. The role combines clinical tool utilization with opportunities for clinical reviews and relationship building across NHS organisations.

The ideal candidate is a GPhC registered pharmacist with at least 2 years PQE, drive to travel as needed, and openness to remote working.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
• A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health.
• Driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
