Job summary

IOSH is seeking a Client Support Executive to join the Client Support Administration team in a hybrid role based at our head office in Wigston, Leicester. The role focuses on providing administrative support across the Commercial Development team and guiding customers through IOSH procedures and licencing of training providers and trainers.

• Previous administration and customer service experience in an office environment.
• Ability to handle customer queries by phone and email.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the Commercial Development team and guide customers through IOSH procedures, approvals and licencing.
• Support sales teams for Tailored Course Approvals and Instructional Design agreements.
• Assist with digital platform projects for workbooks and certification and ensure internal policies are followed.
• Deliver excellent administration and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
