Job summary

IOSH is seeking a Service Delivery Lead in our Technology team. This hybrid role requires you to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the remainder from home.

The role shapes and delivers high-quality IT services across IOSH, ensuring reliability, security and continual evolution to meet changing needs. You will lead day-to-day service delivery, champion ITIL, and bring together people, processes, technology and suppliers to deliver an excellent

Qualifications

Experience managing ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, major incident and Service Level Management.
Experience with Microsoft cloud and enterprise technology environments (Azure, Microsoft 365).
Experience leading service delivery function and reporting, service performance monitoring and risk management activities.
ITIL Foundation certification or experience in an ITIL environment.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day service delivery and champion ITIL best practice.
Coordinate people, processes, technology and suppliers to deliver excellent experiences for colleagues and customers.
Provide operational leadership across the service management landscape and collaborate with technical teams and external partners.
Utilise data and insights to drive continual improvement of technology services.
