Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Support Engineer to join our Client Success & Support team in a hybrid model with London, Belfast, or Lisbon options. You will resolve issues across Intapp Time for cloud and on-premise environments, diagnose across the ecosystem, and troubleshoot integrations with time and billing systems.

You will work with logs, API responses, and client data to isolate root causes, while applying impact-based triage and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS or on-premise software in a client-facing role.
• Experience with integrations between enterprise business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, log interpretation, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL (SQL Server preferred).
• Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, HTTP, and data formats (JSON/XML).

Responsibilities

• Own investigation, triage, and resolution of client-reported issues across Intapp Time in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Diagnose issues across the Intapp Time ecosystem (web, Admin, Desktop, Mobile, etc.).
• Investigate time-entry, submission, data, and synchronization issues.
• Use logs, diagnostics, API responses, and client data to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot integrations with practice-management or financial-management systems using SQL and APIs.
• Support Intapp Integration Service (Dell Boomi) and Intapp Integrate configurations and schedules.
• Apply impact-based triage and communicate updates clearly to clients.
• Prepare escalation packages for product defects with evidence and reproduction steps.
• Route non-break-fix requests appropriately and maintain smooth handovers.
• Maintain audit-ready tickets and contribute to knowledge articles.
