Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Support Engineer to join our Client Success & Support team. This role focuses on investigation and resolution of issues across Intapp Time in cloud and on-premise environments, with hybrid London, Belfast or Lisbon options.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and communicate clear updates to clients, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience supporting enterprise SaaS and/or on-premise software in a client-facing technical support or application support role.
• Experience supporting integrations between enterprise business applications.
• Practical experience with ticketing systems and support workflows, including SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Own investigation, triage, and resolution of client-reported issues across Intapp Time and Profitability in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Diagnose issues across the Intapp Time ecosystem including web app, Admin, Desktop, Mobile, and integration points.
• Troubleshoot integrations with practice-management or financial-management systems using SQL, APIs, and data mappings.
• Provide timely, clear updates to client contacts and maintain ownership through resolution.
• Prepare escalation packages for product defects with steps to reproduce and logs.
