Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Support Engineer for Intapp Time in London, Belfast or Lisbon with hybrid working. You will own triage, diagnose, and resolve client-reported issues across our Time platform, using SQL, APIs, logs and diagnostics to isolate root cause.

You will communicate updates clearly and prepare escalation packets for defects to ensure timely resolution. You’ll work with enterprise SaaS environments, support integrations with practice-management or financial-management systems,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS and/or on-premise software in a client-facing tech role with ticketing workflows and SLA management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify root cause across integrations, APIs and application layers.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, especially MS SQL Server and T-SQL is desirable.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, JSON/XML payloads and common integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own triage, investigation, and resolution of client-reported issues across Intapp Time in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Diagnose issues across the Intapp Time ecosystem using logs, browser diagnostics, and API responses.
• Troubleshoot integrations with client systems via SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, data mappings and logs.
• Provide timely, technically clear updates and prepare escalation packages for defects.
• Maintain audit-ready tickets, contribute to knowledge articles, and ensure smooth handover when needed.
