Job summary

BSI is hiring a Client Success Executive to strengthen relationships with existing accounts in the UK and Poland. You will drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure smooth delivery of certification changes across Salesforce-managed pipelines.

Hybrid work, 3 days in the office, with Milton Keynes or Warsaw as base locations. Fluent English is essential, plus one additional European language such as Turkish, Spanish, or Italian.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing B2B role with a focus on retention.
• Fluent English; one additional European language required (Turkish, Spanish or Italian).
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
