Job summary

Circle Interactive is a Bristol-based digital agency helping charities and professional bodies use technology to increase impact. We are seeking a warm, highly organised Client Success Executive to ensure clients feel heard, informed and well supported.

You will be the first point of contact, coordinating across our support, development, hosting and account management teams. This role offers hybrid working in Bristol, with 25–37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Warm, highly organised and proactive client-facing person.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams to keep work moving.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage access to our platforms.
• Respond to inquiries from existing clients.
• Arrange calls or demonstrations with colleagues as needed.
• Maintain client records and coordinate account reviews.
