Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Lead Commercial / PMO (Client Side) to guide and grow the commercial assurance for our client’s capital programmes. You will manage time, cost and quality, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive repeat business through proactive commercial leadership.

Ideally, you will have NEC experience, post-contract commercial services expertise, and a Chartered membership in a recognised body.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-value civil engineering, building, M&E, rail or infrastructure projects on the client side.
• Significant NEC experience with change control and related processes.
• Post-contract commercial services including reporting, payments, variations, claims and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client-side commercial team to manage time, cost and quality through to project close out.
• Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing team environment.
• Provide proactive commercial leadership to ensure timely reporting and contract deliverables.
• Minimise client risk and maximise client value to generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and defence protocol.
• Identify risks/issues and support resolution in conjunction with client requirements.
