SYSTRA in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial/PMO Lead (Client Side) to drive commercial assurance across capital programmes and future opportunities. You will lead a high-performing team, manage time, cost and quality, and build strong client relationships to deliver value and repeat business.

With NEC contract expertise and a background in civil engineering, building, rail or related infrastructure, you will oversee reporting, risk management and final account settlement, while mentoring

Formación

• Extensive experience in high-value civil engineering, building, rail or infrastructure projects (Client Side).
• Experience managing client expectations and deliverables.
• NEC contract experience with change control and related processes.
• Post-contract commercial services including reporting, payment, variations, claims management and final account settlement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the client-side commercial team to manage time, cost and quality through programme closeout.
• Create and maintain a high-performing, diverse team environment.
• Provide proactive commercial leadership with timely reporting and contract deliverables.
• Minimise client risk and maximise client value to generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and Defence protocol.
• Identify emerging risks and report contractual claims; support dispute resolution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, performance-manage, and retain team members.
• Build and maintain positive key client and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Commercial Directors to establish a multi-disciplined resource pool.
• Communicate business updates and strategic objectives clearly to the team.
• Uphold people policies and maintain a fair, safe work environment.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, respect and empowerment.
