Perfect Portal is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage integration projects, train end users and help clients gain maximum value from the platform.

Based in Woking with hybrid working, you will coordinate CMS integration projects from planning through adoption, train users, and collaborate with Sales and Development to improve offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of client CMS integration projects from planning to delivery and adoption.
• Train end users on how to use the integration confidently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure integration targets are met and exceeded.
• Support clients to fully utilise the integration and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
• Create and update user guides when software is enhanced.
• Investigate and resolve integration-related support queries.
• Maintain accurate reporting on the integration pipeline and project progress.
• Work with the Development team to improve client solutions and the wider integration offering.
