Job summary

RBC Private Wealth in Saint Helier seeks an Associate to support our client management team. You will back Relationship Managers, manage new client setups, data updates, and compliance checks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Based in Jersey with a flexible approach allowing one remote day per week, you will handle complex structures for companies, trusts, and charities, and maintain accurate CRM records while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• KYC/CDD knowledge and understanding of structures.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; precise typist.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and onboarding processes.
• Review and verify KYC documents and forms; liaise with clients.
• Navigate structures for companies, trusts, and charities.
• Ensure accurate data handover to specialist teams.
• Keep CRM data up to date and compliant.
