Job summary

RBC in Jersey seeks an entry-level Officer for the Fiduciary Management Team. This permanent, full-time role offers structured training and mentorship to learn client service in a supportive environment.

You will support a portfolio of fiduciary structures, assist with client tasks, learn governance and compliance, help with WIP recovery, and contribute to KPI reporting while adhering to RBC policies.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated portfolio of fiduciary structures ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
• Assist with client-related tasks including portfolio support, payments, and data updates for efficient service delivery.
• Build understanding of fiduciary governance, structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance through hands-on learning.
• Support fee reviews and work in progress (WIP) recovery to help meet targets.
• Monitor and report on Fiduciary KPIs including governance and AML risk ratings.
• Prepare correspondence and documents for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in PCFS projects and support relationship managers on reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Learn and adhere to RBC policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
