Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Care Manager in South East London to own a portfolio of community care packages, ensuring safe, person-centred and high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with families, care teams and internal stakeholders.

You will take ownership of caseloads, oversee quality reviews, manage remote teams and contribute to financial KPIs and budget delivery. This is a hybrid role with progression opportunities within a national provider.

Qualifications

• Experience within domiciliary care, complex care, community care or supported living.
• Previous responsibility for care packages, clients or care teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote staff.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and quality standards.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of service delivery KPIs.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a caseload of community care packages.
• Complete regular client reviews and monitor service quality.
• Manage and support remote care teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and care workers.
• Ensure safeguarding, compliance and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor staffing levels and support effective rota management.
• Contribute to financial KPIs, forecasting and budget delivery.
• Support the growth and development of existing care packages.
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rota.
