Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Senior Client Engagement professional in London to deliver outstanding client service, reporting and project delivery. You will develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring activities align with KPIs, SLAs and briefs.

The role blends office work in Central London with client/vendor sites and home as needed, with the client base centered in London.

Qualifications

• Print or Direct Mail experience with client-facing focus and strong interpersonal skills.
• Numerate with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus presentation skills.
• MS 365 suite proficiency: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Print, Direct Mail and POSM from brief to delivery.
• Take clear client briefs, manage timelines and keep projects moving.
• Attend briefings and calls to stay aligned with client needs.
• Brief suppliers and oversee production to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with the account team and clients throughout.
• Track and record activity using required tools and processes.
• Review completed projects to drive continuous improvement with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed and raise purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries and produce internal/client reports.
