Acorn Insurance, part of the Acorn Group, is seeking a Claims Intelligence Analyst to support the Counter Fraud team. You will review suspected fraudulent claims using intelligence tools and produce findings in clear reports.

The role involves collaboration with investigators, underwriters and the intelligence team to reduce indemnity spend and fraud losses. You will work in a hybrid Sevenoaks setting, 37.5 hours weekly, with salary from 27,000 to 35,500 pounds plus up to 1,500 pounds bonus once

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in intelligence or counter fraud investigations preferred
• Experience using fraud detection tools
• Knowledge of claims and underwriting best practice
• Analytical thinker who provides robust advice
• Excellent written communication of complex information
• Organised and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims/policies using intelligence tools
• Deliver a usable intelligence-based product to reduce claim losses
• Provide intelligence-led support to general claims teams
• Present complex information clearly and concisely
• Develop and maintain relationships with intelligence suppliers and law enforcement
• Promote data integrity across the group
• Review requests and respond to intelligence within the unit
