Job summary

Acorn Group is seeking a Claims Intelligence Analyst to support the Counter Fraud team and other business areas. You will identify suspected fraudulent claims using our intelligence tools and produce concise reports for governance and agencies.

You will collaborate with Investigators, Underwriters and the Intelligence team to reduce claim losses and strengthen fraud detection across the group. Hybrid working is available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of claims and underwriting best practice.
• Analytical thinker able to provide robust advice.
• Written reports with clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims using intelligence tools.
• Deliver an intelligence-based product to reduce claim losses.
• Provide intelligence-led support to claims teams.
• Present complex information clearly in reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with intelligence suppliers and law enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with DPA, FCA and related requirements.
• Report fraudulent claims to counter fraud agencies and provide evidence.
