Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Change Manager to drive successful change initiatives by focusing on the people side of change—helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will develop and implement tailored change management strategies, lead activities to drive faster adoption, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The role emphasizes coaching leaders, creating actionable plans, and monitoring readiness and risks.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
• Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
• Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
• Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
• Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
