MSF UK and Ireland is seeking a Change Delivery Project Manager to support organisation-wide transformation. The role works with the Change Delivery Lead to translate strategic priorities into managed delivery, across MSF’s hybrid teams in London.

You will bring solid project coordination, change support and stakeholder management experience, with strong planning and reporting skills to ensure timely delivery and robust governance.

Formación

• Experience in project coordination and change delivery in complex environments.
• Knowledge of organisational change management principles and business readiness.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and related governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and reporting to track progress and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Change Delivery Lead in turning strategic priorities into practical delivery plans.
• Provide specialist resourcing for change, improvement, and project delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, HR and leadership to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Help implement the foundations of a Change Operating Model across the organisation.
