Job summary

GSMA London is seeking a proactive Change Manager to join the Project Services team on a short-term contract. You will lead change activities across GSMA projects, partner with Project Managers, and embed sustainable change practices. The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and training design in an international environment.

Hybrid working arrangement in London, contract through December 2026, with excellent learning and development opportunities and global exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience delivering training and change activities as part of projects and programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in international and cross-cultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities, using tools and processes to maximise adoption of the change.
• Perform impact assessments across projects and integrate change activities into project plans.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to inform and engage stakeholders and employees.
• Support Project Managers with managing change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop training plans and work with teams to deliver training as required.
• Define and track success measures of change activities.
• Provide information and support to the Senior Change Manager and Head of Project Services.
• Collaborate with the PMO to maintain change management standards.
• Ensure clear stakeholder communications from the project team.
• Embed change management principles across GSMA projects.
