Co-op is recruiting a CBS Delivery Manager to lead change across our Change team within Co-op Business Services. You will drive delivery of change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to translate ideas into practical solutions that are embedded in the business.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester with two days per week in the office.

• Proven track record delivering change that makes a real difference.
• Experience defining project scope, outcomes and benefits clearly.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead change projects from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget.
• Plan and manage change with CBS and the wider business.
• Put the right structures in place to support decision-making and change.
• Keep everyone updated with risks, issues, costs and progress.
• Develop understanding of the business and how teams work to support change.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Model inclusive, collaborative behaviour and support learning.
• Facilitate meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for project finances and budget management.
