• Strong grounding in agile, product delivery, and lean flow practices.
• Ability to run effective delivery ceremonies and maintain consistent team rhythms.
• Experience in managing team-level risks, dependencies and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Leading team-level delivery and flow by ensuring value is delivered predictably.
• Embedding agile, lean and flow practices consistent with Delivery Practice standards.
• Managing risks, impediments and inter-team dependencies to improve visibility.
• Maintaining team health and supporting durable team development and skills uplift.
• Contributing to the Delivery Practice and sharing learnings across the value stream.
