WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Design Safety Compliance Co-ordinator to support the safe delivery of major energy infrastructure projects across the UK. You will help integrate CDM 2015 and Safety in Design principles within multidisciplinary teams, identifying and managing health and safety risks throughout design, construction, operation and decommissioning.

Competenze

• Experience in a project coordination, design safety, or engineering support role.
• Understanding of CDM 2015 principles and their application in infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational and document management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Support implementation of CDM 2015 and Safety in Design across projects.
• Maintain design risk registers and hazard records.
• Coordinate safety in design workshops and risk reviews.
• Monitor actions from design risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Support PCI collection and distribution.
• Assist in compiling Health and Safety File information.
• Conduct compliance checks and gap analyses against CDM and client requirements.
• Liaise with project teams to embed safety in delivery.
