Placements24 is seeking a Catering Sales Executive for a hybrid role in Randburg, Gauteng. You will identify new business, develop client relationships, and close sales for catering services across corporate and private events.

The role blends remote lead generation, proposal development, on-site meetings, site visits, and attendance at events, with travel as needed. Strong negotiation, catering market knowledge, and service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in hospitality, catering, or events.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of catering services and event planning principles.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals with diverse clients.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads in corporate and private events.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and tailor catering solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to hit revenue targets.
• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams for seamless events.
