Job summary

Victim Support in South Wales is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for the Antisocial Behaviour team. The role combines home-based and on-site work at Llanrumney Police Station in Cardiff, with travel across the South Wales area to support victims and witnesses of crime.

You will develop tailored safety and support plans, contact victims by phone, coordinate with local partners, and maintain confidential case records using our bespoke management system.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting is desirable.
• Experience managing a caseload and completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and IT proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to offer support to victims of antisocial behaviour, delivering immediate support.
• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by antisocial behaviour.
• Liaise with local providers to share information on the Victim Support service offer and options for victims.
• Use a bespoke case management system to maintain confidential records and contribute to monitoring information.
• Work as part of a team to provide a seamless service to clients.
