Vertu is expanding its Contact Centre Bookings Team at Team Valley Gateshead. We are seeking driven, customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced call centre environment.

This full-time, permanent role handles inbound bookings for services, MOTs, repairs and recalls, with opportunities to upsell and earn via KPIs linked to a bonus. It offers hybrid work and regular days, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience.
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs.
• Able to upsell products and services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Motor trade experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers booking services, MOTs, repairs and recalls.
• Maximise every interaction by upselling additional products and services.
• Work towards KPIs, with performance directly linked to your bonus.
• Deliver a professional, efficient and friendly customer experience on every call.
