Job summary

Marble Mayne Recruitment is working with a well-established UK charity to recruit a Business Systems Analyst to join their small IT and Business Systems team in Leatherhead. The role is full-time and hybrid, offering variety across CRMs, POS and Microsoft 365, with scope to improve processes.

You will analyse business problems, work with stakeholders, and deliver practical system improvements, data quality initiatives, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, case management or similar business systems.
• Strong data quality, reporting and integrations experience.
• Good understanding of databases and data analysis for business insight.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or APIs is useful, plus Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve core business systems to align with operational needs.
• Provide user support, training, testing and implementation.
• Ensure data quality, access management and governance in systems.
• Work with external suppliers and technology partners on integrations.
