EDF Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to shape business transformation across a growing renewables portfolio. You’ll turn strategic intent into evidence-based actions and help leaders make informed decisions.

Hybrid role from UK offices, with remote work and need to attend when required for collaboration and priorities. You’ll identify improvements, validate concepts, and build evidence for investments and operating models.

Qualifications

• Significant business analysis experience in complex organisations.
• Ability to test concepts, assumptions and operating models.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Produce value, cost and benefits analyses for decisions.
• Document requirements with elicitation, prioritisation and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Validate problems, concepts and operating model thinking before gather requirements.
• Support workshops and stakeholder engagement to define outcomes.
• Provide options, process analysis and recommendations for transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and benefits tracking.
• Establish BA standards across the organisation.
