EDF power solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape strategic decisions and drive transformation across our renewable energy portfolio in the UK and Ireland. This hybrid role supports delivery from our Durham or London offices with remote work optional, emphasising evidence-based analysis to identify opportunities, validate concepts and establish best practices across the organisation.

You'll work across the business, turning complex challenges into actionable recommendations,

Qualifications

• Significant business analysis experience within complex organisations, where analysis informs investment or transformation decisions.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering with diverse stakeholders and translating needs into clear, prioritised requirements.
• Ability to produce value, cost and benefits analyses to support decisions.

Responsabilités

• Validate business problems, concepts and target operating model thinking before gathering requirements.
• Contribute to workshops, stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to define clear outcomes and delivery-ready requirements.
• Produce business cases, options appraisals and process analysis for complex transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reporting to support decision-making.
