EDF Power Solutions is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to join the Business Process Transformation team. You’ll translate strategic aims into evidence-based analysis, shaping decisions that improve performance and long-term value.

Working in a hybrid role from Durham or London, you’ll collaborate across the organisation, develop Power BI dashboards, validate concepts and drive adoption of change with clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Significant business analysis experience in complex organisations.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and maintain BI dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Validate business problems and target operating model before requirements gathering.
• Contribute to workshops and stakeholder engagement to define outcomes.
• Produce business cases, options appraisals and process analysis for transformation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decisions.
• Establish business analysis standards across the organisation.
