Working closely with senior leaders, enterprise architects and transformation teams, you'll influence how business processes, data and digital platforms align to deliver strategic objectives across the organisation.

We're looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to help shape how EDF power solutions operate as we continue to grow our renewable energy business.

Working within the Business Improvement team, you'll lead our approach to business process architecture and change adoption, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, simplify ways of working and ensure change is successfully embedded.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how the business evolves, helping create scalable, efficient and digitally enabled processes that support our long-term ambitions. You'll also lead and develop a small team of Business Analysts and Change Coaches, building organisational capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The role is hybrid and can be based from our offices in #Durham, #Edinburgh or #London, with travel as required to support stakeholder engagement, workshops and key business initiatives.

Why Join EDF Power Solutions?

Our diverse team is growing fast, driven by innovation and a commitment to clean, green energy for all. With technologies spanning onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery storage and green hydrogen, we're the UK and Ireland's most diverse renewable generator.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future Business Improvement capability of EDF power solutions, helping establish the processes, standards and change adoption approach that will support our journey to becoming a 10GW low-carbon energy business by 2035.

Who You Are

  • A strong understanding of how organisations operate end-to-end, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and organisational capability.
  • Experience developing process frameworks, governance and operating models that support business objectives and future growth.
  • Proven success delivering or supporting major transformation programmes, ensuring change is adopted and sustained beyond implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with credibility and confidence in engaging Directors, Heads of Function and Executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workshops, influencing decision-making and constructively challenging stakeholders to drive better business outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, with a commitment to building capability and supporting professional growth.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Business Process Management or similar approaches.
  • An understanding of how business processes, data and digital platforms work together to enable successful business transformation.
