Job summary

Sarah Minto Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development support professional to help manage pipelines, CRM records and client relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development Director and Manager, supporting meetings, market intelligence and BD events while tracking opportunities and progress.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Confidence building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• The ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, sales or business development would be beneficial.
• HNC/HND, A Levels or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain business development pipelines and CRM systems.
• Record and share key opportunity and client information.
• Support the BD team with meetings, events and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to track and progress opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
