Job summary

Versa Consulting Limited in Bristol is seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support growth across bid, marketing and administration. You will own the CRM, coordinate tender opportunities and help with pre-construction documentation.

You will work with senior management across sales and marketing, producing reports and marketing collateral, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining bid libraries.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication is essential.
• Experience using CRM systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the company's CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Identifying, logging and tracking tender opportunities
• Completing PQQs, supplier questionnaires and bid support documentation
• Coordinating tender submissions and ensuring deadlines are achieved
• Managing and updating compliance information and supporting documents
• Supporting business development activities and client engagement initiatives
• Producing reports, presentations and sales materials
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media and company communications
• Maintaining bid libraries, case studies and marketing collateral
• Providing general administrative support to the wider commercial team
