Job summary

Proactive Appointments Ltd. in Taunton is partnering with a client to recruit a Junior Business Analyst on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid pattern with 2–3 days on-site weekly, supporting transformation initiatives and turning strategic goals into actionable requirements.

You will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams, applying SQL and data concepts to produce clear documentation and enable successful project delivery while developing your BA skillset.

Qualifications

• Business Analysis Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and best practices.
