Job summary

INTEC SELECT LIMITED in Maidenhead is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Marketing, translating strategic objectives into technology and process changes across EMEA. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements through testing and implementation.

The role covers Marketing, E-Commerce and broader business processes with a hybrid work model in a technology-enabled change environment. Strong BA and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst, BPA, or PM in tech-enabled change environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions.
• Strong process mapping and end-to-end analysis skills.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT planning & scripts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Marketing to understand goals and deliver business change initiatives.
• Maintain a roadmap of business change requests, projects, and improvements across B2C.
• Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs with IT/Dev teams.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to improve efficiency, controls, and UX.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Support creation and execution of UAT plans, scripts, and validation of outcomes.
