The Business Analyst role exists to bridge the gap between the business and technology, ensuring that change delivered through the IT & Digital Transformation team is clearly defined, understood and aligned to business needs. Business Analysts translate operational challenges and opportunities into well-structured requirements that support effective solution design and delivery.
Working across business and IT initiatives, Business Analysts define scope, capture and manage requirements end-to-end, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party suppliers. Through strong analysis, clear communication and ongoing support through delivery, the role helps ensure that digital change delivers value for Stonegate.
