Job summary

The Royal Kennel Club is seeking a Business Analyst to join the PMO and Change team in London. This permanent hybrid role combines process analysis, requirements gathering and business modelling to drive transformation across digital, operational and commercial initiatives.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation, documenting current and future state processes, shaping solutions, and supporting delivery in an environment that values continuous improvement and practical,

Qualifications

Recognised BA or BPM qualification. Digital transformation related is a plus.
Experience in business analysis, process mapping and documenting business requirements.
Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating into functional specs or user stories.
Experience applying BA techniques including process mapping, stakeholder analysis and business modelling.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities for projects and complex programmes.
Plan and apply analysis techniques to understand business context and root causes.
Define problem statements and develop feasible options.
Model business processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate prioritisation and management of requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Identify stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
