Express Recruitment are representing a leading institution recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on a full-time, hybrid, permanent basis. Qualifications

• Experience in a business analysis role within multidisciplinary digital or service teams.
• Practical experience with agile delivery, iterative development, backlog refinement, and release management.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyse, validate, and manage functional, non-functional, data, and operational requirements.
• Experience modelling as-is and to-be processes using standard notations and tools.
• Strong experience using data, analytics, and reporting tools to investigate operational performance and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake proportionate business analysis across exploration, discovery, alpha, beta, live, and continuous improvement stages.
• Map end-to-end services, user journeys, business capabilities, information flows, and as-is/to-be processes.
• Investigate user, business, and service needs using workshops, interviews, observation, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain process models, context diagrams, business rules, data definitions, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work continuously with agile delivery teams to support backlog creation, refinement, and work splitting.
