Job summary

Accenture Newcastle is seeking a technically oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our expanding delivery team. You will act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning business needs into well-defined requirements and designs.

You will lead complex discovery and feasibility assessments, own process analysis, review BA outputs, and drive backlog items in an Agile environment, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Lead discovery activities and define problems, explore options and assess feasibility and risks.
Bridge business and technology, own process analysis and transformational solutions.
Review and coach BA outputs, ensure quality and consistent standards.
Lead requirements identification, elicitation and prioritisation with stakeholders.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure aligned, holistic solution design.
Produce high-quality artefacts: designs, flows, rules and backlog items.
Interpret data to present options and evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery activities and feasibility assessment for complex initiatives.
Bridge business and technology, shaping fit-for-purpose transformations.
Provide coaching and QA for BA outputs and cross-team standards.
Identify and elicit functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
Work with architects to shape cohesive, integrated solutions.

Analyse data to support senior decision-making and trade-offs.
Guide change management and readiness for large-scale implementations.
