Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled BMS Project Engineer for a hybrid role in Central London. The successful candidate will manage BMS projects from planning to handover, coordinate installations and commissioning, and work closely with site engineers and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of building management systems, HVAC integration and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for Metasys experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS Project Engineer or similar building controls role.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and building controls.
• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HVAC integration with BMS.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating BMS projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Overseeing BMS installations, upgrades, modifications and commissioning activities.
• Supporting design, development and implementation of building controls solutions.
• Liaising with site engineers, contractors and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Reviewing drawings, specs and project documentation and ensuring safety standards.
