Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Project Engineer in London to deliver Building Management System projects across commercial sites. The role covers installations, upgrades and integration with a focus on energy performance and operational efficiency.

You will work on-site with a technically focused team, handling commissioning, fault resolution and handover while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors. A strong knowledge of BMS platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience on BMS installations, upgrades and integration projects.
• Knowledge of BMS software, controllers and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of BMS projects from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Programme and configure BMS software to project requirements.
• Assist integration of BMS controllers, field devices and other systems.
• Visit sites for installation, testing, fault resolution and commissioning.
• Collaborate with PMs, subcontractors and engineers to keep projects on track.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure on-site testing meets project specs.
• Provide technical support to customers as needed.
