Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to own a diverse Central London portfolio. You will lead from handover to completion, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and manage client relationships across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong BMS knowledge (Trend/Tridium/Siemens), exceptional organization, and proven budget management. A full UK driving licence is required, with hybrid working options and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering BMS projects in a project manager role.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar).
• Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Proactive problem-solving and decisive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from handover to commissioning and completion.
• Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead project engineers, site teams and subcontractors for delivery.
• Manage client relationships as main contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor costs, risks and programme milestones, ensuring safety compliance.
• Identify and manage project variations and commercial opportunities.
• Support and develop engineers within the team.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
