Job summary

The University of St Andrews, a renowned Scottish university, is seeking an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) Operations Engineer to lead the day-to-day operation of the Siemens Desigo CC system across the estate.

You will analyse system data, perform fault finding, implement software modifications, and drive performance improvements to enhance energy efficiency, resilience and comfort throughout the campus.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience configuring, commissioning, modifying fault finding and optimising BMS, HVAC knowledge and building services understanding.
• Experience with Siemens Desigo CC or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse data and improve system performance across a large estate.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Building Management Systems across the University estate.
• Identify faults and prioritise maintenance actions to resolution.
• Analyse trends and performance data to improve energy efficiency and resilience.
