Seeker Recruitment is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Central London client. The role offers hybrid working with two days from home each week and focuses on credit control and billing within a growing professional services firm.

You will report to the Group Financial Controller and handle billing, cash management and debt collection while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in credit control and billing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain accurate billing information and resolve queries.
• Build relationships with clients, finance teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue client invoices and credit notes.
• Process billing adjustments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Allocate incoming cash and reconcile billing records.
• Proactively manage outstanding invoices and chase overdue debt.
• Provide weekly cash forecasting and reporting.
