Seeker Recruitment is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Central London client. The role offers hybrid working with two days from home each week and focuses on credit control and billing within a growing professional services firm.

You will report to the Group Financial Controller and handle billing, cash management and debt collection while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in credit control and billing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactively manage outstanding invoices and chase overdue debt.
• Provide weekly cash forecasting and reporting.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for a range of billing, credit control and cash management activities, working closely with both internal stakeholders and key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Liaising with key internal stakeholders across the sales teams to obtain accurate billing information and resolve queries
• Building strong relationships with clients, finance teams and wider business stakeholders
• Preparing and issuing client invoices and credit notes
• Processing billing adjustments and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Allocating incoming cash accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling billing records and maintaining accurate financial information
• Proactively managing outstanding invoices and chasing overdue debt
• Supporting the management of aged debt and resolving payment queries
• Providing weekly cash forecasting and reporting
