Chalk Hill Group is seeking a Billing Administrator to join the London-based Finance Team. The role focuses on managing monthly billing, producing forecasts, and monitoring WIP and project profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and financial analysis skills, knowledge of VAT and billing compliance, and excellent attention to detail with proactive communication. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a London/Winchester pattern.

Responsabilités

• Managing the monthly billing process, including raising and reviewing invoices.
• Producing fee forecasts and projections.
• Monitoring WIP, project budgets and profitability.
• Preparing project financial analysis and monthly reporting.
• Investigating and resolving billing and financial discrepancies.
• Working closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are billed accurately and on time.
• Supporting management accounts and audit processes.
• Helping improve project financial processes and systems.
